Pricing Terms & Conditions - General:
- All prices are in Australian dollars.
- Content writing - A page would have around 200 to 300 words, unless specified otherwise.
- All the content, script, photos, images, charts, tables, information, audio, music, etc. to be provided by you as a Client (unless specified otherwise).
- For SEO based contents (website/blogs/articles - for up to 5 keywords), a nominal charge of 10% will be added on the total order value.
- One revision (if required) is complementary. Revisions must be requested within one week of the draft date. Any additional revisions would incur an additional fee.
- Turnaround time: Generally it takes around 3 to 5 business days for a basic assignment. It would however depend on the exact nature and complexity of the task.
- Payment terms:
- We offer convenient payment options - through Paypal or bank transfer.
- Payment terms for ‘one-off’ projects:-
- For projects less than $500: 100% advance along with confirmed order.
- For projects worth $501 and more are: 50% advance along with confirmed order and remaining 50% at the time of completion of work, PRIOR to hand-over of final version.
- Payment terms for ‘ongoing/retainer’ works:-
- Any ongoing/retainer works like for example, regular newsletters, blogging, digital marketing, e-campaigns, etc. requires monthly payment in advance.
- If the clients wants to cancel the contract prior to the contracts’ tenure then he may do so by making full payment for the remaining part of the contract tenure.
- Prices and Special Offers:
- Our prices have been provided to illustrate the competitiveness and are based on the estimated time/efforts a project might consume. Should the quantum of work/time/efforts change, we reserve the right to increase our prices accordingly.
- Since each project is different, it is recommended that you send us your requirements by filling the 'GET A FREE QUOTE' form. Subsequently, you'll receive a NO-OBLIGATIONS FREE QUOTE. If you are happy with it, then you can send your order confirmation along with the payment as per the aforementioned payment terms… which is the all-important fuel for our engine to start working on your assignment! J
- Special Offer prices are for limited time only. These can be amended or withdrawn anytime at our sole discretion, without any prior notice.
- Project Confirmation: Prior to starting a project, we require your (clients’) written confirmation, by email, or mail that they are commissioning us to work on their project thereby accepting our estimated prices and these terms and conditions.
- The Contract: A contract will exist only between Austinography and the client, and with any third party. The client agrees to indemnify Austinpgraphy and its associate companies/businesses against any claim for compensation or damages brought about as a direct or indirect consequence of any work Austinography does for the client or the client’s organisation.
- Copyright of the project: Throughout the term of the project, all material is the property of Austinography. The rights are however transferred after receipt of final payment by us. Until such time, the client cannot use, reproduce, alter or redistribute any material produced by us. If a project is cancelled at any stage before it is completed, Austinography retains all the copyright, regardless of any previous payments received.
- Marketing & Promotion of materials produced by us: We reserve the right to use all the materials produced by us for advertising, marketing and promotion of our business and and/or for providing these to our prospective clients as part of our portfolio.
- Indemnity: We will make every effort to proofread and fact check any work submitted to a client. However there are no guarantees that all submitted work will be free of any typographical, grammatical or factual errors. It is client’s responsibility to ensure that all the material is factual, correct and legal prior to its usage. You, as a client, agree to proofread, or engage a proofreader to read, any material submitted to you and indemnify Austinography and all its associated businesses/companies against any costs that may arise from the appearance of any errors in any printed or published form.
- Confidentiality: We agree to keep client’s supplied material confidential. The client, however, agrees to indemnify Austinography and all its associated businesses/companies for any claim for compensation or damages, direct or consequential, as a result of any inadvertent disclosure or loss of information.
Pricing Terms & Conditions - Specific:
- RESUME WRITING
- You must choose the number of pages you want for your resume. However depending on the content provided to us and considering it’s apt usage, we might advise you whether the number of pages should be decreased or increased.
- You must choose the type of resume you want – ‘Elegant’ or ‘Designer’ at the time of placing an order. Any changes requested in the type of resume might incur an additional charge.
- WRITING SERVICES
- A page would have around 200 to 300 words, unless specified otherwise. Page lengths/number words, however, might be much less for creative works like copywriting, Ads, Blogs, etc. Please contact us for further details.
- WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
- For economical and other reasons, the websites offered by us are designed & developed on web designing portals like Weebly, Square Space, Wix, etc. using their in-built templates. These websites are attractive, user-friendly and less expensive to build and maintain. For more details please refer to weebly.com.au, squarespace.com, wix.com
- Our prices for website design & development do NOT include content writing. You may however order this service separately. We will be happy to provide bulk deal prices in such cases.

- PRESENTATIONS
- You must choose the number of slides you want for your presentation. However depending on the content provided to us and considering it’s apt usage, we might advise you whether the number of slides should be decreased or increased.
- Your inputs on the preferred colour theme, intended audience, presentation style, desired aesthetic appeal, etc. are welcome and would help us in designing an optimum presentation for you.
- Our prices for presentations do NOT include content writing. You may however order this service separately. We will be happy to provide bulk deal prices in such cases.
